I was so glad to see this ! I'm currently reading volume 1 and loving every minute of it. The creative lineup is rather interesting and the short stories format make for great bedtime reading. Believe me, there's no better closing to a good evening of comic reading than one or two quick ghost stories.

I'm not surprised to see this book considering Marvel has been pushing the current series A LOT in the past few months. Having not read the issues collected here, I have no idea if this is worth picking up. I've got to say the artists lineup is rather impressing though !

I'm surprised to see a third volume of PPSM being published this early considering Amazing Spider-Man's collections are way behind. Still I'd rather see an Essential PPSM volume than no Spidey volume at all.
